For most services we offer, we will provide an estimate in advance (for bathroom rough ins we will want to come and look at the space before providing an estimate). Please keep in mind that if the estimate we provided over the phone or email is not accurate once we physically diagnose the plumbing issue any changes in fees will be communicated up front and before any work begins to make sure you are comfortable with any changes.
Since we are an emergency services plumbing company our operating hours are flexible! If you need to schedule an appointment in the evening or weekend, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you; we operate 7 days a week to work around our client’s schedules.
